Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PlagExpert (https://plagexpert.in). We do not offer general refunds, except as detailed below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or delete your submission any time before payment for a full refund. Once payment is made, the following rules apply.

1. Plagiarism Check Reports

  • Reports are generated only for English-language, machine-readable (PDF/Word) documents.
  • If you submit a file in another language or as scanned images, the service cannot be provided and no refund applies.
  • If you pay by mistake for an unsupported file type or language, request a full refund within 5–7 days of payment.

2. Plagiarism Removal & Related Services

Applies to Plagiarism Removal, AI Reduction, Document Formatting, Grammar Correction, and Citation Formatting.

  • Advance Payment: Work begins upon payment of the advance fee. You will be notified on delivery date to pay the remaining balance.
  • Missed Delivery: If we fail to deliver by the agreed date, you receive a full refund of the advance within 5–7 business days.
  • Post-Delivery Modifications: Any changes you make after delivery void further support or refund claims.

3. Non-Payment Terms

  • The final balance is due within 24 hours of delivery notification. If you fail to pay, you forfeit access to files.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, we consider the order cancelled. All work becomes our property, and we may deposit it in plagiarism repositories or notify your institution to prevent unauthorized use.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@plagexpert.in with:

  • Your full name & order ID
  • Date/time of payment
  • Reason for refund
  • Any supporting attachments

5. Review & Processing

  • We acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
  • We respond with a decision within 3 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
